Bella Gardens is a Farnham-based landscape design practice led by Emanuela Alladio.

Emanuela was born and grew up in Italy, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and a mix of ancient and modern architecture. After graduating she decided to move to the country she had always admired the most, and has since embraced every aspect of her new home and truly fallen in love with its beautiful gardens. She retrained at the prestigious London College of Garden Design, Kew Gardens, achieving the highly regarded Postgraduate Diploma in Garden Design with Distinction.

In her previous career as an international communication specialist, first as an interpreter and, later, as a lecturer at Leeds University, Emanuela learnt that communication is key to everything we do, and together with the ability to listen, they form all successful relationships.

Since graduating Emanuela has worked on private commissions at both the RHS Chelsea and RHS Hampton Court Flower Shows on behalf of private clients, helping them to achieve many awards, including Best Trade Stand Chelsea Flower Show Award in May 2014. Her passion for plants is also reflected in her ongoing work at RHS Wisley Garden. Emanuela joined the Society of Garden Designers in 2012.
